In relation to the fair price paid, it was quaint place to stay with very good service. This hotel was located in a central area close to the Royal Botanical Garden, Plaza del Sol, Plaza Mayor and the train station, the Prado, Plaza Mayor, and Chueca

Everything was perfect, including attentive and very attentive staff with big beds upon request. In overall the room was comfortable modern and with 2 single beds.

It was clean, the staff was efficient, plus the service was good. Superior king room had upgrades, it was contemporary and soundproof. We were offered perfect and delicious breakfasts for all tastes. This quaint and luxury hotel was in very central location in center of Madrid.
Some of the staff were not that friendly.

I loved the property and its free breakfast.
This was a really really nice stay on our next Madrid visit. Soundproof and generous sized room exactly as in photos was enjoyable. The hotel was in an ideal location really close to most tourist attractions, and public transport stops, main square and the Renfe train station. Found time to see a world famous modern art museum, that's not very far from the property.
